We will sending  you text messages offering clinics on alternate Saturdays.

FOR APPOINTMENTS 

1)      Online telephone appointments are available via  www.patientaccess.com (available Monday to Friday ) 

2)      For URGENT issues if you are not able to book an appointment online you can call on the day for one of the limited same day telephone appointment, please try to call before 10 am as these limited appointments go quickly.

We have 2 receptionists answering the phone, when lines are busy, there may be a delay

The world is still in a pandemic ....... We continue to run a TRIAGE first service.

You MUST have a TELEPHONE CALL or TEXT inviting you  before you come into the practice.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN INVITED TO THE PRACTICE.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Request your prescription using PATIENT ACCESS on www.patientaccess.com

If you need help with this, your name will be placed on a list for an administrator to help you, please let reception know if you wish to be placed on the list.

We are not accepting any paper requests for prescriptions

All prescriptions will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy

 PAPER DOCUMENTS

Please send all documents to the practice by one of the following options

1)      Email document to breccg.ellispracticewelford@nhs.net

2)      Respond to a text message with the document attached 

 Clinicians can respond to patients by phone, text, email or video.

 IF YOU HAVE NOT YET HAD YOUR COVID vaccine or booster please book as soon as possible to have it done.
