Properly completed eConsults give you an indication of the time the practice will respond to you. Please do not call the practice before this time, as all you are doing is stopping persons who may need urgent access to us via the telephone the opportunity to easily get through to us.
We are aware our telephone system has been giving long waiting times and dropped calls. We now plan to change the entire system to a new one, as attempts to fix it have failed. It will be at least 8 to 10 weeks before the upgrade can happen.
To keep the phones working until then, we will use this appointment system
To consult with a SPECIFIC GP you will need to do an eConsult ergency appointment with the DUTY GP so we can move onto the next patient's call. To request prescriptions go to www.patientaccess.com
