Before you do an Econsult PLEASE READ
The practice has been asked to step down all non-clinically urgent requests to focus on delivery of the COVID 19 vaccine.
We would normally try to accommodate non clinical requests within 4 weeks our clinicians have to prioritise the delivery of COVID 19 vaccines, therefore administrative requests may take up to 8 weeks .
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Is your request clinically urgent?
Please give as much information as to can to help the clinicians prioritise your request.
You should not come to our building unless invited. For your safety, we have a TRIAGE first service, which means you MUST have a TELEPHONE CALL or TEXT inviting you for a face to face appointment, before you come in to visit the surgery.
Finally please request your repeat prescriptions via www.patientaccess.com not via an eConsult.

Properly completed eConsults give you an indication of the time the practice will respond to you. Please do not call the practice before this time, as all you are doing is stopping persons who may need urgent access to us via the telephone the opportunity to easily get through to us.
