URGENT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

  • For urgent (same day) mental health support visit NHS Urgent Mental Health Services or call Single Point of Access: 0800 0234 650 (open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.)
  • Kooth is a free, safe, and anonymous mental health service for young people aged 11-25 in North West London. Visit Kooth Mental Health.
  • Brent Cove Drop-in Service is a service provided for Brent residents who can walk-in if they are experiencing a mental health crisis. They are open from 2-10pm Monday- Sunday, 365 days a year. The service is open to residents of the London Borough of Brent aged 18+ located at Brent Community Hub, 6 Hillside, London NW10 8BN. See Brent Cove (Hestia)
  • The Brent and Harrow Perinatal Mental Health team support women and birthing people with their mental and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and up to two years after having a baby. To refer yourself visit Brent and Harrow Perinatal Team or call 020 8869 2308.

Men aged over 45 who are of a Black or Mixed Black ethnicity are at higher risk of prostate cancer. You can contact the practice to see if you should have a PSA blood test.

If you are newly pregnant you need to book your first appointment with a midwife. You can find the self-referral form online for your chosen hospital.
